Refund and calling me back about the status

since i made an order for the color run which will take place on the 31 October 2015. i paid the amount of R950.00 of which i had to pay R945.00.i admitted i made a mistake,they rep**** me on my email and told me the reason my order did not go through is that i did not pay the exact amount.they said i should reply them and give my account details where they will refund me.i did that but its been a week now and haven't received my money and they have never called me.they keep promising on they email that they will call within two day but still.even if you call them they don't answer you get the voice matching
