Refund

I bought a voucher for friends of the rail - wanted to make a booking for Dec but no luck - only openings available for groupn custmers is end Jan, end Feb and end March! <br> I have tried calling groupon but get a machine saying they have high call volumes and then i am cut off! What the hell!<br> I ecpect my money to be refunded asap as they took money from my account immediatly!
