REFUND

I tried to order a Smart Watch, paid in a cash deposit but paid R1 to much, so they canceled my entire order without informing me, I found out when I went to check on the status of my order, they wont process my order because of the over payment of R1 and instead they want to refund me but now I must wait 14 days for my money [URL Removed] unacceptable as now sitting without the item and without the money then you try and call and tells you to email them and then the phone dies..worst service and experience ever
