Refund

I purchased a groupon voucher on Aug 31, 2015, which i tried making reservation after with Ditsong Tswaing Meteorite Crater and i could not get any bookings for the dates that i requested as they were fully booked. Then i decided to cancel the the voucher but it showed that it has been redeemed. i then sent confirmation showing that i did not use the voucher, which since i was told that the investigation will be done and i was promised that i will be refunded. since the 16/10/15 i have been querying when will the refund be possessed but every time the feedback i receive is that it will be done. The last response i received on 03/12/15 that : Your refund has been processed back to your method of payment and should reflect within 3-7 working days, but still waiting. How can a person wait for the query to be resolved for 3 months and every time u are taken from pillar to post.. i gave them the valid reason why i needed to cancel the voucher ...i could not get the booking which they have investigated and have prove that i did not use that voucher. Why should i now have to struggle to get my refund?I want my money and i want it now
