REFUND

I bought two tickets on the 26/10/15 with EFT from my FNB account. I didn't receive coupons for zoo lake tickets that I bought, when I do the enquiry the agent told me that becuase I used FNB they got the money after few days and the tickets were sold out, They did confirm that they did receive my payment, but I must send proof of payment, which I did send my bank statements,then after a week I called and the other agents told me that they don't want to see all transactions on my account only the one for Groupon which I did make copy and paste and the agent again said is not acceptable. Why can't they just refund me as is showing on their account that they did receive the two payments. I have been using groupon for a year every month buying somehting from you guys, but this treatment that I got I don't want to hear anything, please refund my money because is almost a month just running after for only R204.00, even my colleauges have stopped using groupon as we can't trust you anymore when coming to refund as i do read all complaints on hellopeter, you are pathetic
