Refund

I have booked with Group on for a week end away at Sanford hotel in Drakensburg. The hotel is old fashioned with the small tv with no remote. T V was fuzzy as if they don't have DSTV of which they said they do. I only saw mnet and SABC channels . On a Friday they had pock /pie for supper . really? in a hotel ? my kids ended up having pie as we don't eat pork. The dinner was 160.00. the following morning the breakfast was not up to standard with flies all over the yoghurt. I decided to cancel the booking and go to the other hotel .I wanted to contact Group on and they don't operate on week end. When I told the so called Manager Billy. He was never ever interested in me and told me he never ever had any complains in his hotel. Bad attitude and rude. I want my refund from Group on period....
