Refund

Hi<br> I bought a sleigh bed at Groupon in April but then when i received it was way too low for so i requested for it to be returned which was not a hassle but i have been waiting for my refund which i keep inquiring but no one gives me answer except on Friday was told the refund was made to an account that don't match mine hence i send them all the bank details when the item was collected. So when i wanted to know more was told i cant get answers now they will contact me when they have all answers but i know that wont happen as they not good with customer service.
