Refund?
Hi, last week I requested a refund regarding the TEFL course. Groupon assured me that they would process a refund within 5-7 days. Anyway today just for interest sake, I logged into my account and suddenly I see that the refund couldn't be processed. Like really, when were they going to let me know? NO! I DON'T WANT GROUPON CREDIT, I WANT MY CASH. There is no place to even edit my banking details, considering the error was something to do with the credit card payment. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS!

Please be advised that the refund was processed on 08.05.2015. The funds would reflects within 3-5 working days.
If it is not reflecting on the date credited, please check your credit card statement from the date you have purchased the deal, as sometimes the credit backdates to the date of purchase instead (04.05.2015), and appears as a credit instead of a debit. If the refund is still not reflecting, please provide us with your credit card statement in order to for us to investigate as to why the refund is not reflecting.
