refund

My sister and i booked a spa treatment for Hands on Retreat. They double booked so we obliged and agreed to change our booking. The week of our booking the spa phoned, they messed up again so we cancelled. They refunded groupon 3 weeks ago but we are battling to get our money from groupon. Guiddo keeps promising and escalating but nothing happens.
