R420.00 is what you owe me!

On the 24 August, nearly 4 months ago, I purchased two Canvasses through Groupon. The first Canvass cost me R99.00 the second cost me a further R199.00 plus an additional delivery charge of R120.00. After numerous attempts to contact the supplier I was told that the \deal was cancelled". Now that I want the R420.00 which is owed to me Groupon wants to only provide me with R99.00 not in cash but in credits. I explained to the consultant that I would never purchase from them again and since I paid for the products in cash I expect cash to be refunded to me. Why am I the consumer being held responsible for their bad choice in suppliers?<br> <br> Please be cautious of all the deals you see by them this festive season"
