Quick to take my money but no refund

Hello Customer Care. I was promised to have my money refunded back to me within 7 working days.<br> Group On is blaming the courier company for the delay. My case for claiming my refund goes back to the beginning of June 2015. I was in touch with Sibu who said on the 21st of July that no later than 7 working days from the 21st july that I would receive my refund. This promise was broken. My next meeting will be with your CEO. Emilian Popa. I will name and shame those who do not care for customers and will insist a significant course of action takes place. Thus far, I am very disappointed in this company and will ensure that further transactions will not happen. <br> Regards<br> Mike Scarth
