QUALITY OF GOODS - PATHETIC

About 5 years ago I purchased from Groupon and was then disappointed and stopped using them. I visited my sister in the USA and she was using them and receiving great things so on my return to SA I once again gave them a try. I ordered a little two cup coffee machine for the price of R369 (claiming to be on a special). This CHEAP AND NASTY light weight machine arrived (worse than anything you could imagine in any cheap Chinese store) with one of the cups broken. I called then and it was before Christmas so unfortunately the supplier was closed along with a number of other excuses and they credited me R50 for the cup (price now at R319. It was absolute *******!! I then saw one on Takealot for R129 (Sunbeam)!! I had a credit on my account and needed to use it and bought this gel nail polish dryer for R289!!! Oh my word and once again it arrived this ******* from China (no instructions no use or cleaning instructions) NOTHING exactly the same as the coffee machine arrived. The customer services are USELESS!!! And take FOREVER TO RESPOND......I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WARN OTHER PEOPLE FROM USING THEM TOO!!! Sub quality is to kind a word!!!!!!
