Purchased valueless voucher
I purchased a voucher on Groupon for a half day spa experience for two in December for my husband's birthday. I called to book the appointment but the Spa was closed over the festive period. I called again in the beginning of January to be informed that they had reached their maximum with regards to accepting vouchers. Their next availablitiy is mid March, the voucher expires 7 February.

The receptionist said that I could go in and she would extend the voucher for a further week but I would only be able to make a booking for during the work week. My husband and I both work. She then advised that I should take leave to accommodate the voucher. She said that if I cannot take leave and make the appointment then she is unable to help.

So i have bought a voucher off Groupon that I cannot use because the Spa is over booked. Money wasted. Kalahari Day Spa is completely unorganised and should have managed their voucher bookings or limited the amount of vouchers sold on Groupon. I am out of pocket because as it turns out, I have essentially donated funds to the ****** Spa and Groupon.
