Purchase of Projector

During the month of November, i bought a projector from groupon, I was then told the product was sold out, after that the payment was late, i am still unsure what exactly happened. When i made the payment of the product, it was available and showing on the website profile. I then went to check if the payment was received by Groupon, but then the product was removed and then i the response i am told is that it is late. what is even more disturbing is that when i checked on the day of payment, the projector was available, hence why i had gone and made the payment. I am upset at the service and the way they treat customers. All i have been told is that they want to refund me, without a truthful or straight explanation, and to some extent its like they dont care how they deal with a client.
