Purchase not delivered and money not refunded

I placed an order over three weeks ago for a generator and made an EFT of R3990. A week later when i logged into my account, i realised that the order was not registered, I tried phoning the call centre for days but the number does not seem to be functioning. I eventually logged a complaint on their website and still no response from groupon. Im at my wits end as i am so helpless cos there is no way i am getting through to anyone. I want my money back into my account please as clearly i have lost out on the deal.<br> <br> Hope this will catch somebody's attention.<br> <br> Regards
