I bought a Groupon for a dinner, It said EFT takes 5 days. The offer expired after I had paid for it, no-one informed me of this and they dont resopnd to emails after 4 phone calls holding on for 45 mins to an hour each time it is still not resolved as their staff dont know what can and what cant be done. After they told me the offer had expired I found it still available on Groupon for the same price! their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
