proview 30 meter camera ***2H2

I ordered the above product,received the product, opened it, and the camera was damaged...the courier guy was dtill in my office, and then i mailed a photo to groupon. After days,they said they will collect the product and then refund my money.<br> Almost a week now and still do not have my money, Shiraaz said my money will be paid once product was received,which shameese said they did,but they still need to investigate the product which take 7-10 working days!!!!<br> This is not fair, you expect us to pay for a product before we know how it looks, but you want us to wait 7-10 days before we can get our money back. I want this sorted out before tomorrow morning 10h.
