Proline tablet stopped working in two months

I bought a Proline tablet via Groupon in September and only two months later the tablet screen went blank and never switched on again. I contacted Groupon in December telephonically and their lines were always busy and then I sent an email query which they only responded to 2 months later. they advised that I must contact the manufacture which I have been trying to fro two weeks now and they are not answering their calls. So what do I do now? because Groupon is supposed to liaise with them and not me Groupon's customer. May I please get assistance urgently on this matter as it has been dragging for a long time now.<br>
