Product not Received

I normally do not have a problem with groupon but in this case I have to complain. I did my Christmas shopping early to avoid the rush. I bought my product on groupon on 21 October. Almost a month later I have not received my product. So I sent a query to groupon on 16 November and again on the 19th. I was promised a 48hr turnaround on my query but to date I have received no communication.
