Product Defect

I purchased the Transform Neoprene Magnetic Back Support - Black on the 27 July. I am unhappy with product and have complained about it. I am still awaiting feedback as I didn't ask for a refund. I did email pics of this item and there is a problem with the straps, its very uncomfortable. <br> Very unhappy with the service from Groupon
