Potential False Advertising by Groupon

We wanted to go sharkcage diving and came across an add on groupon. Long story short, we have paid the money a month ago to the sharkcage company that they advertised, and have not received the service. This company has been ignoring calls and always getting voicemail, turns out I saw a post saying groupon told another customer that this company is not in existence anymore (whether this is true I don't know but other facts to my attention are supporting this) . The add is still on groupon and active! I am desperately trying to recover the funds from the company called ididafrica which is advertised by groupon and no one is being of assistance!<br> <br> To me, this is false advertising, and I have spent R2080 as a result of this and am having trouble recovering it!<br> <br> While on the phone a representative from groupon tried calling and there was no answer. All groupons response was that they will email the company, which of course there will be no response!<br> <br> Further steps should be taken! Extremely disappointed and furious with the service received by groupon and the company they're advertising on their behalf as well as the money I have lost due to this!!<br> <br> <br>
