Possibly the worst service ever recieved

I purchased a photo shoot via Groupon. when we went for the shoot we found a make shift studio set up in a double garage with a backdrop that kept falling over almost taking out one of my kids. we were promised our photos within 3 weeks(just in time for moms Bday) despite numerous calls and promises, the photos never materialised. I then cancelled the transaction and requested compensation for my costs and a refund. in total I am out of pocket for around R1500.00. Groupon service and feedback was slack to say the least. They hardly ever return calls, you hold for over 20 minutes to get through some days. I had to fight for the refund. Eventually after threatening to go public, Groupon gave us R250.00 voucher to rebook a photo shoot. Against my better Judgement, we bought another photo shoot. For over a week we could not reach the supplier by phone or e mail. I then again painstakingly had to request a refund. Shocking service, shocking service providers, non delivery, don't care attitude,..... is all I received, I have Left countless messages for the executive office, Darrell CS manager no one calls me back. Very sad service
