Poor Service Delivery

I ordered two items form Groupon and paid for both of them since they were actually two items in one. But when I went to the post-net to collect yesterday I only received one item, I called post net and they said they only received one item. I called groupon their number is cut while you are holding, which is the first poor service in handling customer enqueries, then I send them an email and even now I havent received any response except for the automatic response which doesnt count.<br> The service is so disgusting and I was w]arned agianst them but them I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now I learned my lesson the hard way.
