Poor Service as Usual

On the 20th July 2014 I purchased 1 x SIngle & 1 x Queen size fully fitted electric blankets. The single blanket arrived within 6 weeks & was perfect. Unfortunately the queen size eventually arrived 3 months later in the middle of summer, with the result was it wasn't put on the bed & tested.<br> As winter arrived this year the electric blankets were fitted. The single is perfect, worked & is fully fitted. However the queen size is NOT FULLY FITTED. Also it does NOT WORK. I called groupon hoping they would understand my dilemma, but unfortunately they are not interested, telling me about their 6 day & 6 months policies. I tried to explain the situation to no avail. What I also mentioned was that electric blankets carry a 1 year guarantee, so the queen size blanket should still be under guarantee. They are not interested in my complaint, which means I forked out R459 to no avail. I might just as well have thrown it in the bin. I am disgusted with groupon - more & more I am being disappointed by their lack of service & lack of consideration of customer complaints
