Poor service and rude customer services consultant

I'm so disappointed with Groupon, I've been using them for quite some time now and were always happy with their service however didn't know that when needed to get a refund their service can be so so so bad. I contacted them on 31 August 2015 for my refund (R900) and was asked to send the proof of payment which I did. I was then told that I will receive my money within 72 hours. I did not receive the money and I called again on 02 September and the lady assured me that she has escalated my refund to be processed on the same day and never happened either. I called today after holding on for about 20 minutes for the \lady to enquire"with finance she got to her telephone and hang on me. She didn't even b other to email me and tell me if it was a mistake which confirmed that she decided to drop my call. I called again a guy name Rudolph promised that he will make sure that my refund is processed today and still have not received any confirmation.
