Poor service and no refund

I purchased two vouchers via EFT on 13 July. Didnt hear anything from Groupon for days. Had to follow up with them to find out what was going on.... finally found out that they are unable to supply the vouchers. I opted to be refunded and sent through all the necessary info. it is now 11 days later and Ive still not received it :(
