POOR SERVICE

I bought a bed from groupon on the 30th April 2015. They said it will take 14 working days for delivery. I received a call on 10 May 2015 arroung 11am from the delivery guy.I advised him that there's no one at my house since they didn't call to arrange someone to be there. I asked them if they can't deliver arroung 4pm but they said it's too late and they said they will deliever on 12 May 2015 arround 11am. I asked someone to come and wait for them from 10am and they never came or called until I received a call at 15:43 the guy was telling me they are getting lost when I tried to tell them that they are inconviniening me and the person that I asked towait for them the guy wasn't interested in listerning to me and then he hung up... I'm not satisfied with the service
