Poor Service

Placed an order with Groupon on the 30th of November 2015. T & C's stated delivery within 10 working days! Received an email stating that delivery will be delayed due to them being very busy. Today is day 12 and still no delivery! I ordered the item as a Christmas gift for a family member and I am leaving for holidays on Monday!! Does this mean that I will have to buy another gift since Groupon can not deliver?<br> This is BAD SERVICE!!
