Poor service

I placed an order to receive a bathroom set, the product was delivered on time but it has damaged. I contacted customer services and arranged for the damaged good to be collected and to have another bathroom sent to me. The bathroom set was collected but I did not hear anything on when my new bathroom set would be delivered. I phoned twice to find out when my product will be delivered. Luthando Hlatuka was the person responsible for this but I have not heard anything on when my bathroom set will be delivered. It has been almost a month that I have been trying to receive my product and I find this service to be pathetic. Groupon's after sale service is pathetic and is the second time i have fought to try and get my correct product sent to me. Poor poor service
