Poor response

In the beginning of the year I bought a brizillian blow out voucher. When I phoned to book the session the company said the voucher has expired. I have been mailing and calling Groupon endlessly from the beginnig of May, but I havent gotten any response. <br> <br> This is unacceptable service!
