Poor quality products

<p>Be aware that when you purchase a product through Groupon they do not seem to take any responsibility for the quality of the product. In our case we bought a hose pipe and it burst after only 3 uses. The Groupon team responded that they could not see that its a manufacturing error and would not assist us with either a new product or our money back.</p>
