Poor product quality and terrible customer service

I purchased 4 LED floodlights in January this year. in October one stopped working even though the supplier claimed that the light had a 50 000hour lifespan. I emailed groupon and initially dealt with Nureen who was of no help at all. I requested for someone senior to contact me and was constantly told that I must contact groupon myself. I then did as I was getting nowhere with Nureen and had to wait about 15 mins to speak to a rude customer service rep named Cheslyn. he was arrogant and totally unhelpful. says that I cant be helped and its no point speaking to anyone else as they wouldn't be able to assist either. he then says I never requested to speak to someone senior, when that was the whole reason for my call. the level or arrogance and poor customer service from Groupon is shocking. this isn't the first time the product quality has been poor from Groupon but certainly the worst customer service ever. I will personally never purchase from them again and will deter anyone who wants to even consider purchasing from them.
