POOR PLANNING

We booked 4 tickets to the opening day of the ***PO on Thursday 24 September 2015. We arrived at exactly 11:05 and gates had opened by 11:00. the queue was very long. We parked and ushered to a queue especially for Groupon buyers and waited and waited. the other queues were moving very fast and we were stuck. It was between 32-34 degrees and we waited for ever and after more that an hour and a half got in. ***PO organizers had their hands full explaining that GROUPON in their infinite wisdom sent one person to scan tickets while Computicket had multiple people there, hence the fact that their lines moved quickly. After spending close to 2 hours on your feet in the blistering heat completely ruined our day and we were so exhausted that we had to leave early. Thanks GROUPON, nicely done
