Poor Customer Services

I sent a few emails to the Support Dept at Groupon with no success , I telephoned Groupon twice yesterday still with no success. I am regular buyer from Groupon and this is the first time I want to swop an item and i get such poor service from them. Yet they say all calls are recorded so even the senior managers do not know what is happening
