Poor after sales service.

<p>I purchased a coffee pod holder from Groupon for R199. I received the wrong size, so I sent an email to Groupon to advise. They then asked for pictures of the goods prior to doing a return. I did this and received no further feedback. All I want is the correct pod holder or my money pack.</p>
