Please pay back my money

Been trying to get a refund from Groupon for two months now. Their contracted service provider failed to deliver on their contract. They were not responding to a simple request for a booking since july. Eventually when we cancelled the booking request after a month, they responded saying we could get our money from Groupon. Groupon call center promised the money wd be paid back into my credit card within 24hrs. Two months later i am still waiting. I have lost confidence in Groupon since this awful experience. Please just pay me my money back. I am incurring interest at the bank over a purchase not delivered. Just pay back my money. Mrs Mohlala
