payment

I made a payment to groupon envoy services with the reference GRPZARP77CQT at FNB bank on the 27/07/2015 for a holiday to San Lameer Golf Estate, they were supposed to give me an email saying they have received my payment and where to from there but i got no acknowledgement, i have sent numerous emails to no avail. please help me get my money back if they not going to give me the holiday
