Pathetic Service

I don't even know where to start. I order and pay for the two GPS kids tracking watches on 1 December 2015. It only gets delivered on 15 December after promising they will deliver within 3 to 5 days. Then I see the two watches are different models. They work with two different apps and the one app does not work on iPhone. So I can actually now only use one watch. No its going to become my problem to sort this out I can see this coming. You do not know the products that you are selling!! absolutely no clue!!
