Pathetic service

I had bought an item from Groupon on 5 October 2015 with the delivery expected up to 14 working days. 3 weeks later I had still not received my goods. Apparently there was a delay on the delivery thus i cancelled my order and expected a refund within 3-4 working days. One week later the money was NOT refunded. I called Groupon again and the agent said that the refund was not processed. Now 1.5 weeks post the second call I made to refund me, the money has still not been refunded. When I called to enquire today, the agent said he will follow up on the order and refund. It has now been 2 months and I have not received the order and my refund. Absolutely pathetic service. Groupon in the USA provided 5 star service but in South Africa I am disgusted.
