Pathetic Lack of Service!!!

I placed placed an order with Groupon on the 28th October 2015 and still not have received delivery of the item. I have made numberous calls to Groupon and sent a number of emails and have not received any feedback. This is not the first time that this has happened. Groupon keeps promising that they are looking into the query and would revert with no feedback. I am shockled at the lack of service, this will be the last time that I make use of Groupon and I would certainly be spreading the word on their lack of service. I need my item delivered ASAP.
