Pathetic Customer Service

On the 07/May 2015 i have purchase a bag in groupon , till today i havent received it. I have made several callls to find out on what is going on , no one is willing to assist me. I spoke to two team leader by the name of Shirrah who promise to get back to me till today he has not , spoke to another team leader by the name of Maurisra she still coming back to me even today . Today i spoke to the manager by the name of Pamela she said she will get back to me before 12:00 its now 13:12 she has not call or sent me email . <br> <br> Am so disappointed with their service right now, been their customer for many years and am getting this kind of service . I hope they will get back to me after this , i beleive they are one of the company that doesnt respond .
