PAID FOR GOODS BUT SHORT DELIVERED

I purchased Motion Sensor LED outdoor lights, however they short supp**** one x light.<br> I have been querying same for months now, and no light has been received or no credit passed to my card.<br> The service from Groupon is pathetic.<br> All I want is a credit for the light not supp**** at R329.00 but they have not resolved and keep passing the buck that the Supplier will sort out, but I paid GROUPON and do not know the Supplier at all.
