Paid for goods 5 months ago, nothing recieved

I bought and paid for 2 Canvas prints through Groupon in September, through a company called Print Express.<br> after months and months of delaying, I got an email from Print Express saying they are cancelling the order. when I emailed Groupon about it, they said no the order is definitely being processed and will ship the first week of December. ********.<br> <br> 5 Months later, multiple attempts at contacting Groupon via their \help wizard"on their site"
