Paid but no delivery

Good day,<br> <br> I am writing regarding Groupon, I bought a coffee table on the 27 of October.<br> <br> They said the will deliver within 10 days, even today I am still waiting for the delivery of the goods.<br> <br> I called their call center in Cape Town and spoke a Lady by the name of Rizqah who was not willing to help.<br> <br> She told me I should call the delivery company, I told her that why should I call people that I am not doing business with, she told me that the matter was no longer on their hands because they hand my goods to the delivery guys.<br> <br> Which I feel is not for for me as a client, I was not told that I will need to call the delivery company when I purchase my goods. Please help me because I've been sending emails to Groupon but there's no reply, here is the code of the product I bought. 606E5418BA they gave me this code after I buy.<br> <br> I decided to call the company to findout where is my goods and they told me they don't have it on their system.
