Paid but got nothing in return

<br> <br> On the 30th of October 15 I actually took time to try out this Groupon thing and see whether it would work for me or not. I bought soap and sent the proof of payment to them as soon as I was done with electronic payment. I never received any form of verification NOTHING. I then sent an email as the days passed querying whether they had received it or not an no one bothered. Sent a second one and stI'll nothing. My brother called them yesterday and he was told that they could not assist as he was not the one who made the payment (even though he had all my details).<br> <br> Can somebody please get back to me, with either my money or the soap I had ordered
