Over charged for what appeared to be a discount

We purchased a getaway package on the groupon site. Below is the exact deal:<br> Two-Night Anytime Stay for Two People in a Superior Room Including Breakfast and Dinner<br> R 4,895 at Cathedral Peak hotel.<br> <br> We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to extend it by another night. <br> The rate per night for the exact same thing is R1530 directly through the hotel. We received exactly what the above package includes.<br> Meaning that a 2 night stay should have actually cost us R3060.<br> We confirmed with the hotel that R1530 per room per night was their INCREASED rate as at 1 November 2015.<br> We were lead to believe that this was a SPECIAL / DISCOUNTED RATE but in fact we were over charged by R1835.<br> This was very misleading and instead of us purchasing what we though was accommodation at a discounted rate, we were **********.<br> <br> I sent groupon an email explaining the above the week it happened (27-11-2015).<br> On 15-12-2015 i followed up with them as i had not had a response.<br> <br> I HAVE STILL NOT HAD A RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL.<br>
