OVER A YEAR FOR REFUND

I purchsed a voucher for a supposed Salon for a massage etc. and when I arrived there,it was a little room outside a house, not even a proper salon and they could not deliver what they has advertised. I had driven 190 km there and back, for nothing. <br> It was by far not professional. <br> <br> I left and contacted Groupon to let them know and have since then, May 2014 been trying to get my refund. I have on numerous occasions sent in my proof of payment, bank details and voucher number etc. and still get asked to do it.<br> <br> <br> I am urgently requesting my refund asap.
