Over 3 weeks and no goods of refund

On the 27 November I ordered and paid for a Shake 'n Take Blender - to this day I have not received an email of confirmation of order and I have not received the Blender either. When calling the call centre you are not able to speak to an actual living person \We are experiencing high call volumes"and the call cuts off - I have tried several times - I submitted an online query and received a response after 48 hours only to be told that the supplier is not able to deliver due to stock availability and I was asked for banking details for a refund. I have yet to get a response or confirmation of refund. What upsets me is that this was meant to be a Christmas gift and I am now without gift or money to replace the gift."""
