Ordered two Black Series Car Wet and Dry Vacs

I ordered two Black Series Car Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner for R259 each on the 21.12.2015 as a Christmas present to my friend. The advert at the time showed that delivery will take 24 hours. I called Groupon on the 24.12.2015 to find out why the package was not delivered as yet. I was advised by a lady that the package was dispatched already and was provided with a waybill number to call ***. I called the number and another lady advised that the package still sits with Groupon. Today I called the dispatched number and spoke to a lady named Nikita. She advised me that Groupon still did not dispatch my parcel and that I have to liaise with them. I called Groupon again and was told that I was caller 29 and holding on for more that 15mins the lady told me again that my parcel had been dispatched and wanted to provide me with the waybill number. I told her that I have already spoken to Nikita and was advised that my parcel is with Groupon. I find the service to be very poor and that Christmas is over and I couldn't give my friend a gift. Please I hope this matter will be sorted a.s.a.p.
