Ordered and paid yet not delivered

I am seriously dissapponted with services from Groupon Goods. I ordered stock on 27 November 2015 and I am still awaiting delivery (even though it has been paid on the very same day). Trying to contact them ... no luck! These are Christmas gifts! And the 10 days delivery after placing an order has long gone come and gone. I will NEVER purchase anything through Groupon again!
